After experiencing the leap from manual workshop production to factory mechanized production, Xinchang Bearing has evolved from "scattered flowering" to "beaded chain formation", forming a characteristic industrial cluster with a developed market, prominent scale, complete supporting facilities, and numerous businesses.

"Currently, there are 1389 bearing production, sales, and supporting enterprises in the county, with an annual throughput of 700000 tons of steel, a production capacity of 810 million sets, and products covering more than 4000 models." Zhang Yuhe, Deputy Secretary of the Party Working Committee of the Xinchang Bearing Industrial Park, said that Xinchang Bearing occupies a relatively important position in the national and even world bearing industry, with 93000 practitioners. It is a demonstration base for the transformation of foreign trade in Hebei Province, and its products are exported to more than 90 countries and regions.

In recent years, Xinchang County has steadily promoted the "Five Ones" project of industrial transformation and upgrading, accelerated the pace of supply-side structural reform, and promoted the development of the characteristic bearing industry on a high-end, intelligent, green, and international track. It has been recognized as a pilot county for regional brands in industrial clusters by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology.

There are also hidden worries behind rapid growth. The company is a leading enterprise in high-end spherical bearings in Xinchang County. In recent years, its business has grown rapidly, but it also faces bottlenecks. "With the continuous upgrading and transformation of automation equipment, customers have begun to put forward higher requirements for the standardization of enterprise processes."
